XCS UK Ltd has been a proud XEROX Concessionaire since 2006!  Our directors John Malone and Jeffrey Leonard were Xerox Direct Sales and Technical Sales Managers for 14 years.  This background coupled with the Xerox Standard requirements has allowed for XCS to become a stable and reliable partner for our customers.

MFD Market

The MFD market has changed over the years to become more a PC than a copier.  Besides the excellent Xerox product line, XCS can recommend software solutions, MFD Apps and also complete Print management surveys leading to on premise or cloud-based print managed systems, which ultimately save money.

Print Management Reseller

XCS is a reseller for Papercut and Xerox Workplace Cloud print management systems.

We are based in Hampshire but have a long reach to where our customers need us-assisted by our partnership with Xerox.
