Through Xerox and other related partners XCS supports our customers with consultancy, account management, billing services, access to IT support and Facilities Management with relation to print. Surveys of corporate print costs are a speciality, as XCS is an approved XOPA consultant.

Xerox service is a national company with over 1,500 engineers.  Most of the parts for fix of your machine are carried by the engineer or stored in a facility no more then 30 minutes away!  The central Xerox service and supplies phone number as well as on line supplies ordering site allow for quick response and maximum up time for your machines.  Technical support is also available via this same telephone number or alternatively a wealthy of information for self help customers or IT professionals is available through us on the Xerox Website.
